I have just completed a course on Mindfulness for children and I have been so inspired. Today I want to share some of the valuable nuggets that I have learnt.
Mindfulness is so important to both adults and children. Mindfulness is about being aware and creating bonds between our mind and the task we are concentrating on. Mindfulness improves our abilities to see situations with greater clarity and in turn helps us to cope with emotional changes more easily.
Mindfulness is both valuable for children and adults alike. Mindfulness helps us facilitate change and growth in terms of learning and development. With training and awareness, mindfulness can help eliminate background nose and brain chatter.
